Barber's Breakfast Shake

Recipes such as the BARBER'S Breakfast Shake do not have to be complicated nor require a long preparation time to be delicious and satisfying.

Ingredients

1/2 large banana (9 3/4 inches long), frozen
1/2 cup BARBER'S orange juice
1/2 cup BARBER'S skim milk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Mazola Canola vegetable oil
2 ice cubs (optional)

Directions

Peel banana, cut in half and wrap halves separately in aluminum foil or other airtight wrapper. Freeze overnight. The next day, combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice cubes until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
