Ingredients
1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt1 banana
1/2 cup fresh pineapple pieces
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup ginger ale
1 handful ice cubes
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in pretty glasses. Add a sprig of fresh mint if available. Delicious and nutritious all year long.YIELD: About 6 Servings
